A Gathering of Faith and Teaching: Welcoming Our Brothers and Sisters from Minnesota

We began this month with a truly enriching experience by welcoming our brothers and sisters in Christ from the Augustana Lutheran Church of Minnesota. It was a blessing to have them among us and to be able to exchange ideas and knowledge with the Sunday school teachers from eight rural area churches.

During this gathering, we had the opportunity to build a community of faith and passion for teaching together. We shared the word of God and reflected on the importance of our work: helping to shape the minds and hearts of the little ones, who in a few years will be the future of our communities and God’s ministry.

One of the most valuable aspects of these kinds of gatherings is the opportunity to share moments and lessons with people of our same faith who come from abroad. This exchange allows us to broaden our vision of how to connect with children and strengthen their spiritual growth. By learning about different perspectives and teaching methods, we enrich our own work and discover new ways to inspire boys and girls to live their faith with joy and commitment.
We are deeply grateful to the Augustana Lutheran Church of Minnesota for their visit and to all the teachers who participated.
Let us continue building together a community united by faith, love, and a passion for teaching.
